crucialchris asked: i love it. all you have to do is take a handful of fresh needles and cut them very fine, so the oils start to come out. then stick them into the cup of worm water. strain the water into a up, leaving the needles in the cup you started with. by doing this you'll get the most nutrients out of the pine. cinnamon and a little honey is also great in the tea.
